What to Expect
The Tulalip Tribal Courts date back to 2001, when the Tulalip Tribes took back jurisdiction over our lands from the State of Washington. Depending on your reason for getting involved in the Tribal Court system, you can expect a variety of things. One thing that everyone can expect, though, is due process and equal protection under the law, as well as to be treated with respect and dignity.
