Description
The Prevention Education Program, part of Community Health, helps Tulalip residents quit or reduce tobacco use. The program provides free resources like nicotine gum, patches, lozenges, and counseling to support individuals in their journey to quit smoking, offering resources and guidance to promote healthier lifestyles.

Who Can Use It
Adults aged 18 or older who live in Snohomish County and have a referral from their healthcare provider.

Costs
Nicotine Replacement Therapy and counseling services are free for eligible participants.

What to Expect
Participants begin with an intake appointment and meet with a program representative every two weeks to track progress, address challenges, and receive supplies. The program offers free nicotine replacement products and counseling to help individuals reach their goals.
