What to Expect
Legacy of Healing offers a range of supportive services designed to help you feel safe and empowered. Advocates provide confidential support to talk through your needs, make a safety plan, and connect you to resources like housing or medical care. They can also assist with protection orders and go with you to court. The program also offers crisis intervention and can coordinate with law enforcement or medical providers. It can connect you to transitional housing for a stable place to start rebuilding. Survivors can also join healing circles, support groups, and trauma-focused counseling.
