What to Expect
At your initial appointment, a therapist will meet with you and/or your family to understand your needs and goals. Based on this conversation, they’ll suggest services that might be helpful, like individual or family therapy sessions or art and play therapy for younger kids. If anyone needs support through medication or specialized care, you can get a referral to help with that.
